Toyota Teases a New TRD Pro for the Chicago Auto Show
The Japanese automaker Toyota will debut a new TRD pro model at the Chicago Auto Show. It is beside the Toyota Tacoma that the automaker is going to showcase at the show. However, the company has not uttered which vehicle will get the special off-road treatment.
Toyota has released a few teasers but they are pretty foggy. An image shown by the automaker shows the side of a vehicle and its large tire. The company has also released a video in which the grille is revealed but not that much.
However, there are only a few vehicles it could be. Toyota Tacoma, Tundra, and 4runner are already in the Toyota’s lineup. And it is clear that the Japanese automaker is more likely to introduce the variant on a model that has the off-road capability, to begin with. In this context, Toyota Land Cruiser and Sequoia are the two most likely candidates.
Many people are keen to see an updated Tacoma at the show. The image analysis shows the new truck will receive new headlights; however, it is what can be said at the moment.
