5 Cool Concept Cars from the Auto Shanghai Motor Show
Auto Shows have changed significantly over the last some years. It owes to the changes in auto industry. Still, there is much to see. Here are five cool concepts from Auto Shanghai.
- Audi AI:ME
Audi AI:ME is a futuristic city car that has been designed from inside out. The steering wheel can fold making room for a table. There are lots of smooth surfaces and a magnetic coffee cup.
- Infiniti QS Inspiration
Nissan‘s Infiniti is looking to re-establish itself as a high-tech maker of electrified vehicles. The QS Inspiration revealed at Shanghai Motor Show is the company’s idea of an “electric sports sedan” based on a new platform that could accommodate a range of both hybrid and pure-EV models.
- Mitsubishi e-Yi
Mitsubishi unveiled its new e-Yi at Shanghai. It is a tweaked version of the Engelberg Tourer concept from the Geneva Motor Show. Mitsubishi has modified it to be more appealing for the Chinese audiences.
- Volkswagen ID Roomzz
One of the world’s largest automakers Volkswagen is staking much of its future on EVs. The latest addition to its ID range of concept cars is the Roomzz.
- Roewe Vision-i
Roewe is the luxury brand of China’s biggest automotive group, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation. It launched Vision-I concept at the Auto Shanghai and is more radical than the previously launched Vision-R and Vision-E SUV concepts. It features futuristic styling on the outside and a whole “lounge of wheels” thing from the inside.
