Toyota is Building Very, Very Tiny Electric Vehicles for The Next Olympics

For the next summer in Tokyo, Japan is preparing the world’s greenest Olympics. Official fleet provider for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and Japan’s biggest automaker Toyota said in August that 90% of the automobiles it will provide will be electrified. Toyota is producing Electric Vehicles since 1977. While Tesla dominates EV sales all over the globe; Toyota launched 10 Electric vehicle models which will be ready for sale in 2020.

Toyota is revolutionizing the automobile industry. It is testing new EV models with modular parts like interchangeable batteries, motors and other components of the structure of the vehicles that can be replaced, recombined, and resize across various EV vehicles.
