Toyota, VW, Subaru Join Other Automakers Suspending Production

Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen on Thursday announced that they are going to suspend their production operation for short period of time due to the break out of coronavirus and its impact on the sales of new vehicles in the market. They also announced that they will adapt additional cleaning and sanitation procedures throughout the production plant. Volkswagen officials said, The Company will utilize this time to assess future marketing developments and production plans. Moreover, all these automakers announced that they will pay to their employees during the period of the shutdown of the plant.
