Ford Motor Co Recalling Bronco Sport and SUV Due To Brake Performance

Ford has recalled the Bronco Sport as well as the Escape SUV. The recall could potentially cover more than 114,000 vehicles. The recall came after a government safety audit found issues with how the brakes on the Bronco and Escape could function in an emergency if the power vacuum brake failed. Affected all 2021-2022 Bronco Sport vehicles with a build date from January 27, 2021, to November 11, 2021 (65,441 vehicles) and 2021-2022 rescue vehicles (49,555 vehicles) with a build date from December 14, 2020, until October 26, 2021.
