Ford's Kentucky Truck Plant (KTP) has been one of the company's most important facilities, producing some of Ford's most popular vehicles, such as the Ford Super Duty and Ford Expedition. However, with the automotive industry rapidly evolving, Ford has been forced to adapt its manufacturing processes to meet the changing demands of consumers.
To that end, Ford's Kentucky Truck Plant has recently road-tested a new quality strategy, which the company hopes will help it to remain competitive in the years to come.
