Top Honors Go To Honda Accord, XC60, and Navigator at Detroit Auto Show
Honda Accord crowned 2018 North America Car of the Year. Accord won this award by beating Kia Stinger and Toyota Camry. The award has twice gone to Honda Civic in its 24 years history.
Honda Accord is among many revamped car models hoping to attract buyers amid falling sales and rising SUVs.
In 2017, Honda Sold 322,655 Accords in the United States that shows a 6.5 percent decline over the past year.
Volvo’s XC60 took the top prize in the utility category while Lincoln navigator won for trucks.
Honda Ridgeline, Chevrolet Bolt, and Chrysler Pacific minivan were the last year’s winners.
