2018 Chicago Auto Show: What to Expect
Chicago auto show is the largest auto show in terms of the public day attendance. A month earlier, trucks and SUVs dominated the Detroit auto show, it is time to see what Chicago has to offer. Here is what you can expect.
- Volkswagen
The German automaker will use CAS to unveil the US version of 2019 Arterion. It has built on the same MQB platform that supported the Golf and 2019 Jetta. It looks sharp.
- Ford
The US automaker is expected to bring an updated version of Transit Connect van to the CAS. It is available in both work-oriented cargo and passenger-oriented wagon variants.
- Hyundai
Hyundai is expected to reveal the updated standard Sonata hybrid variants. These should include both the standard hybrid variants and the Sonata Plug-in.
- Toyota
Toyota is bringing a bunch of trucks and SUVs to the show. It is expected to reveal updates to its TRD pro lineup.
- Nissan
Nissan is bringing two new concepts at the show, which are funky and intriguing. On the lighter side, it is bringing Armada Snow Patrol Concept and 370Zki concept that is a bit wilder.
