Revamped Mazda 3 Series Released on Domestic Market
Mazda Motors Corporation launched fully redesigned Mazda 3 compact sedans and hatchbacks in the home market, claiming they are the first of Japanese automakers’ next generation products with considerable improved fuel efficiency and basic driving performance.
In the domestic market Mazda 3 has been sold as the Axela. However, the company decided to sell the series under the globally recognized name.
Japanese automaker claims the Mazda 3 allows the driver to maintain a more natural and relaxing posture while driving and to drive for long distances without feeling exhausted thanks to a newly developed technology that “organically” links the driver’s seat , wheels and the chassis.
Japanese carmaker put on sale 1500 cc gasoline and 1800cc diesel models first and will release 2000 cc gasoline versions with a new engine in October.
